Build data governance, lead lifecycle and routing, campaign operations, attribution, full-funnel analytics, and executive dashboards. Support HubSpot-Salesforce migration, enable sales reporting, surface conversion trends by persona/industry, and drive automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements. Partner with sales leadership to improve funnel efficiency and operationalize metrics for growth.

Lead strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline. Own paid and owned channels, ABM, website CRO, events, and measurement.
