Build and manage InvestCloud’s commercial transfer agent network for the Altic private markets platform. Lead platform engineering strategy, roadmap, and execution for hybrid on-prem and AWS environments. Responsibilities include self-sourced pipeline generation, consultative solution selling, executive relationship development, complex buying-group navigation, enterprise deal orchestration, forecasting, negotiation, and quota attainment. The role targets financial institutions such as wealth managers, banks, asset managers, RIAs, and broker-dealers, while partnering with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Account Management.

Serve as a trusted advisor managing a portfolio of financial services clients to drive satisfaction, retention, renewals, and revenue growth. Lead onboarding, implementation, strategic account planning, needs assessments, contract renewals, and performance monitoring while collaborating with delivery, product, and internal teams.
