Build and develop a national sales team, drive revenue, forecasting, and pipeline health, establish executive relationships with government and labor stakeholders, design scalable operating models, sponsor strategic accounts, and champion AI-enabled workflows and sales best practices to accelerate market expansion and results.

Lead rollout and enablement of an agentic AI platform across departments: deploy and integrate generative AI tools, build cost and usage dashboards, define vendor risk controls, create operational SOPs and training, and bridge IT, security, and engineering to scale safe AI workflows.

Build and maintain scalable Golang microservices powering eligibility, billing, and client APIs. Automate operational workflows, ensure data accuracy and traceability, and deliver self-service tools for finance and operations.
