Partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into execution, create operating models, governance, dashboards, and standards, oversee key technology initiatives, and apply AI/automation to improve efficiency and decision quality while developing high-performing teams.

Lead and grow engineering teams building an internal AI platform of agents, shared services, and AI-native products. Define strategy, deliver scalable secure AI systems, partner cross-functionally to prioritize high-leverage AI investments, measure adoption and productivity gains, and recruit and mentor top AI and platform engineers.
