The Strategic Account Manager manages high-value enterprise accounts, builds executive relationships, executes strategic plans, and drives growth by enhancing product adoption and customer value.

Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and follow-up on inbound MQLs and event leads. Target accounts with personalized campaigns and account research, support discovery and evaluation, leverage AI tools to scale outreach, collaborate with AEs and leadership, and consistently exceed targets. Hybrid in-office requirement Tue–Thu in New York.

Lead technical pre-sales for strategic enterprise deals: run discovery, design and execute hands-on POCs, address data architecture and privacy concerns, present ROI to executives, and enable internal teams while mentoring junior SEs and contributing competitive insights and reusable demo assets.

Own deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a portfolio of ~10 strategic accounts. Lead deployment planning and implementation, manage risks, monitor health with AI signals, drive product adoption, build success plans and executive business reviews, partner with sales on renewals/expansion, surface customer feedback, and develop repeatable playbooks to scale customer outcomes.

Provide enterprise-level technical support for Amplitude: troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve customer issues via email/chat, escalate complex tickets, maintain SLAs and on-call rota, collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, create/update documentation, and improve support processes to drive customer adoption and data trust.

Lead deployment, adoption, and outcomes for a book of enterprise accounts. Plan and manage implementations, track risks, run working sessions, drive product adoption, build success plans and executive reviews, partner on renewals and expansion, and surface customer feedback to product teams.

Own complex order workflows from quote-to-cash, evaluate and process customer orders for accuracy and compliance, resolve non-standard deal scenarios with Sales/Finance/RevOps, analyze order data to identify root causes, and document/process improvements to increase scalability and throughput.

Lead partnerships strategy and execution focusing on technology, expand the partnership program, and drive revenue through collaborations with major companies.

Customer-facing data scientist advising customers on experiment design, statistical methodology, and experimentation architecture; running and analyzing A/B tests; building scalable experimentation programs; creating repeatable frameworks and technical enablement; partnering with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success.

Manage end-to-end payroll for US (multi-state) and Canada across semi-monthly and biweekly cycles. Act as primary payroll contact, run Workday payroll operations, handle equity compensation events, support month-end close and reconciliations, ensure compliance and year-end filings, drive process improvements and support audits/SOX controls.
