Own and execute the payments product vision and roadmap. Build payments infrastructure (tokenization, fraud, chargeback prevention, reporting), expand processor integrations internationally, support sales and enterprise deals, ensure PCI/compliance, and grow a payments team while partnering with Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.

Responsibilities include telephony integrations, real-time AI components, improving call containment/latency/cost, partnering with Product, mentoring engineers, running pod processes, hiring, and shipping reliable, scalable voice systems for hotels.

Own and scale AWS infrastructure using Terraform; design CI/CD and GitOps pipelines on Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD); manage service mesh (Istio), observability, security, capacity planning, cost optimization, and incident response; mentor engineers and document runbooks.

Design, build, and maintain Canary's mobile SDKs (iOS/Android) and first‑party staff app components. Deliver clear APIs, samples, docs, versioning and release processes; ensure reliability, security, performance, testing, observability, and excellent developer experience while partnering with Product, Design, Backend, and Customer teams.

Build and maintain scalable full‑stack applications for hotel customers, write clean maintainable code, collaborate with product and engineering peers, mentor engineers, participate in code reviews, and drive product improvements with minimal direction.
