Lead full sales cycles, develop account plans, collaborate with pre/post-sales and channel partners, drive adoption and expansion of GitLab's DevSecOps platform, generate pipeline, and convey customer feedback to product teams.

Lead GitLab's Financial Services sales area to acquire new customers, expand accounts, and drive predictable ARR growth. Build and coach Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives, set strategy and forecasts, manage sales operations, and partner cross-functionally to deliver customer value and scalable growth.

Lead and scale GitLab's Carahsoft partner ecosystem to generate partner-sourced pipeline across federal, state, local, and education markets. Design and run repeatable partner-led campaigns, perform account mapping and whitespace analysis, enable and activate partners, integrate partners into territory planning, support event-driven strategies, and provide forecasting and reporting to drive new customer acquisition and renewals.

Support U.S. government customers running GitLab in highly secure, constrained environments. Troubleshoot deeply using Linux, GitLab internals, logs, and CI/CD, reproduce and fix edge-case defects, contribute documentation and internal tools, participate in on-call rotations, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver durable solutions for FedRAMP, air-gapped, and classified deployments.

Lead technical direction and architecture for DAP Repository Flows, design and ship autonomous and scheduled agents that operate on customer repositories, improve DAP onboarding, collaborate across teams on platform interfaces, mentor engineers, and solve high-scale technical problems to raise engineering quality.
