As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a liaison between homebuilder workflows and Higharc's platform, leading discovery sessions, shaping solutions, delivering demonstrations, and supporting post-sale onboarding while tailoring messaging for different stakeholders.

The Account Executive will build relationships with homebuilders, guide them through the sales process, and present business cases, while managing a territory and collaborating with Solution Consultants.

The Customer Adoption Manager will lead strategy and initiatives for customer adoption in the homebuilding sector, driving operational changes and managing relationships with high-value clients.

Embed with homebuilder teams to convert unstructured plan libraries into structured, queryable data. Define and deliver searchable plan libraries, analytics dashboards, and agent-enabled search. Tune AI translation, work hands-on with data and internal APIs, set acceptance criteria and ROI metrics, and capture repeatable playbooks while traveling to client sites as needed.

Own and build the end-to-end sales enablement function: diagnose friction, create pre- and post-sales content, run new product introductions, translate product releases into GTM assets and training, capture field feedback, and establish scalable processes and systems for Solution Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Lead and deliver hands-on and virtual training for enterprise customers, customize materials with content and product teams, travel to customer sites up to 50%, monitor progress, collect feedback, and iterate to ensure effective adoption of the Higharc platform.
