The Sr. Measurement Scientist will provide measurement advisory, design measurement solutions, build prototypes, and represent LiveRamp's measurement capabilities, driving strategies and client engagements in pre-sales contexts.

The Technical Account Manager will onboard clients onto LiveRamp's ad tech solutions, manage client relationships, and provide technical support to optimize data integration and usage.

Architect and deliver cloud-based solutions and POCs across LiveRamp products and partner ecosystems. Work with clients’ technical and commercial teams to design interoperable workflows across CDPs, ESPs, data lakes and device identifiers with minimal data movement. Partner with product and sales leadership to define features, solution requirements, and roadmaps while operating in ambiguous environments and driving technical integrations and tests.

Lead design and delivery of end-to-end enterprise data collaboration programs: technical architecture, privacy framework, operating model, use cases, measurement, partner enablement, and a reusable Master Playbook to hand off scalable programs to customer teams.

Partner with enterprise clients to design and execute measurement strategies across LiveRamp's Cross Media Intelligence product. Develop learning agendas, run analyses and experiments, translate data into actionable insights, drive product adoption and account growth, and act as a trusted advisor to executives and operational teams. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure measurable customer impact and contribute to thought leadership.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for a roster of LiveRamp customers by managing a ticket queue, configuring workflows, implementing client setups, collaborating with Technical Services, improving outcomes using KPIs and case data, and handling occasional on-call or weekend coverage while prioritizing work independently and delighting stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end product design for data-intensive B2B products: conduct user research, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, use generative AI to ideate, drive design system components, collaborate with PMs and engineers, prioritize backlog, and communicate user-centered solutions to stakeholders.

The role involves managing executive-level customer relationships, improving customer journeys, mentoring staff, ensuring product adoption, and leading contract negotiations.

The Sales Director is responsible for exceeding revenue targets, developing sales pipelines, managing complex sales cycles, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the financial services sector.

Lead and grow strategic brand relationships, drive adoption of LiveRamp solutions, identify expansion and revenue opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and act as a senior client-facing strategic advisor focused on maximizing customer value and retention.
