Own and grow Mattermost’s Intelligence Community territory through enterprise SaaS sales, strategic renewals, expansion, and net-new acquisition. Own the reliability, performance, architecture, and platform integrations of Mattermost’s React Native mobile application. Improve behavior in disconnected and constrained environments, synchronization, recovery, crash-free performance, observability, native iOS and Android capabilities, secure storage, notifications, background execution, and enterprise distribution. Mentor engineers, guide architectural decisions, debug production issues, support security and compliance requirements, and contribute to the open-source codebase.

Leads technical architecture and roadmap for Mattermost’s core web platform across Go, React, and TypeScript.
