Own the full sales cycle from outreach through close, build outbound pipeline with SDRs, identify leads, convert signups, and manage high-velocity sales cycles. Partner with Relationship Management and Partnerships teams to onboard customers and expand acquisition channels. Gather customer feedback to inform product development while helping founders and businesses adopt Mercury’s financial tools.

Lead sales and relationship development across the startup and venture ecosystem. Win new business from founders, manage opportunities through close, build relationships with venture firms and accelerators, and host events that generate meaningful connections. Collaborate with partnerships and relationship management teams on ecosystem initiatives, communicate Mercury’s fintech and banking tools, and share market insights to inform product and ecosystem strategy. This is a quota-carrying role with 25–30% travel to industry events.

Lead and grow strategic partnerships with venture capital firms and law firms, develop partnership strategy, build relationships, drive referral pipelines and collaborative programs to support business growth.
