Leads Patreon’s global indirect tax function, including VAT, GST, sales tax, tax returns, remittance, compliance, audits, controversy management, reconciliations, and reporting. Own Patreon’s lifecycle marketing strategy across fan and creator audiences. Build and optimize Braze campaigns and journeys, establish operating processes, manage marketing technology and data quality, oversee deliverability and compliance, define measurement and experimentation, and lead cross-functional initiatives. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and requires strong judgment, technical fluency, and lifecycle expertise.

Lead a team of 6–7 product designers and serve as a senior design leadership partner. Stay involved in product craft through Figma, prototyping, or production code while collaborating with product and engineering. Manage annual and mid-year review cycles, pay equity analysis, bonus payouts, compensation data and tools, compliance, reporting, employee education, and cross-functional partnerships with HR, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition. Coach and develop team members while ensuring compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, accurate, and aligned with business goals.

Design, scale, and maintain low-latency, high-throughput ML inference infrastructure and feature stores; implement observability, validation, and automated model deployment; debug relevance systems; partner with product, data engineering, and Trust & Safety to deliver reliable, production-grade ML infrastructure.
