Leads pre-sales professional services engagements, including scoping, proposals, quotes, statements of work, business cases, forecasting, and bookings. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, account strategy, customer health oversight, renewal and adoption targets, process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, executive escalation management, and reporting portfolio metrics to senior leadership.
