Design, build, and maintain scalable Spark-based ETL pipelines and computed tables in a central data lake. Integrate structured and unstructured IoT, sensor, and external data for analytics, model training, and dashboards. Partner with regional sales to lead technical pre-sales for enterprise customers: map requirements to solutions, run hardware POCs and SaaS dashboard setups, support API integrations, mentor other SEs, and drive complex deal execution and project delivery.

Manage strategic, named enterprise accounts end-to-end: prospect, qualify, run POCs/trials, negotiate multi-stakeholder pricing, and close $100k–$500k deals while building executive/CXO relationships and representing Samsara’s product portfolio.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier relationships for direct hardware commodities. Run negotiations, NPI sourcing, should-cost and cost-down programs, supply-continuity and dual-source strategies, and supplier performance management. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Finance, Planning, Legal, and Operations. Mentor analysts and supply managers, deploy procurement analytics and AI use cases, and drive measurable cost and supply outcomes across global suppliers and contract manufacturers.

Design, deliver, and scale onboarding and ongoing enablement programs for Customer Success and Renewals. Build multi-modal training (eLearning, virtual workshops, AI-led activities), partner with managers to improve time-to-productivity, iterate using learner feedback and data, and embed Samsara cultural principles across global teams.
