Drive architecture and standards for scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, and data management. Build cross-functional data models and reliable batch and streaming workflows, including ingestion of financial and transactional data. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Treasury, and international teams; manages external advisors; evaluates tax impacts of business initiatives; monitors tax law developments; and improves processes, controls, automation, and scalability.

Lead product design across multiple products by defining shared UX approaches, design systems, workflows, and experience principles. Partner with product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders to improve usability, accessibility, and consistency. Use qualitative and quantitative research to validate decisions, coordinate complex design initiatives, guide other designers, and build reusable design resources. Responsibilities include overseeing financial and IT controls, managing internal and external audit relationships, leading testing and remediation of material weaknesses, coordinating annual walkthroughs, training control owners, reviewing workpapers, reporting to senior leadership and the Audit Committee, and supporting annual assessments of internal control over financial reporting and SEC reporting.
