Leads and coaches a nationally distributed B2C sales team of 12–20 professionals. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-ones and call coaching, improving conversion and productivity, tracking sales performance, removing operational and system roadblocks, reinforcing CRM discipline, and partnering cross-functionally on hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, reporting, and process improvements.

Own the full lifecycle of district and institutional partnerships across an assigned territory: source, close, and expand six-figure K-12 and higher-ed deals. Set territory strategy, manage pipeline and forecasting, negotiate contracts, coordinate with Legal/Finance/Operations, represent the company at events, pursue funding sources for partners, and drive renewals and expansion through QBRs/MBRs and strong account planning.
