Develops and maintains automated identity lifecycle workflows for joiner, change, and leaver processes. Integrates HR, identity, ITSM, endpoint management, and access systems to provision and revoke accounts, licenses, and entitlements securely. Partners with IT, HR, security, architects, and application owners to deliver scalable, auditable solutions. Builds self-service tools, runbooks, documentation, and integrations using PowerShell, APIs, workflow tools, and infrastructure automation platforms.

Protects revenue integrity through customer account reviews, dispute investigations, contract and pricing validation, revenue leakage analysis, financial adjustments, reporting, and root-cause analysis. Supports billing operations by investigating discrepancies, improving processes, maintaining billing and order-to-cash knowledge, and implementing billing controls. Partners with Finance, Billing Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Contract Administration.
