Lead programmatic strategy, build teams, and scale AI-enabled Agriculture or Health portfolios in LMICs. Design rigorous pilots, develop open-source playbooks, steward partnerships with AI labs, governments, and funders, and drive fundraising and measurement to achieve population-level impact at national scale.

The role involves designing and scaling people operations, improving recruitment processes, maintaining high talent density, developing performance systems, and fostering a positive culture for an AI initiative focused on alleviating poverty in low-income countries.
