Lead implementation and support of an agency-level cybersecurity program. Design and administer RSA Archer solutions, investigate and remediate security incidents, manage SIEM-related troubleshooting, support remote workstation and server management, assess compliance with NIST/FISMA and cloud guidelines, and provide security engineering guidance and documentation.

Administer and optimize the Army's Salesforce recruiting platform: configure objects, flows, security, integrations, reports/dashboards, monitor data quality and performance, troubleshoot issues, support deployments and UAT, and apply AI-enabled tools to automate processes and improve recruiter productivity while ensuring DoD/Army compliance.
