Improve CI/CD gates, telemetry, and feedback systems; integrate testing and production signals; leverage AI/agents to automate quality tasks; partner on design and quality strategy; coach engineers and reduce operational toil to increase release confidence.

Own end-to-end accounts receivable: invoice processing, high-volume billing, cash application in NetSuite, collections, dispute resolution, reconciliations, SOP documentation, and cross-functional coordination to improve O2C processes and support audits.

Design, build, and operate full‑stack features and platforms for Horizon. Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, data, and developer tooling; formulate solutions, ship production code, improve reliability and developer productivity, and expand AI/agent-assisted workflows. Collaborate with product, customers, and cross-functional teams, review code (including agent-generated), and improve internal tooling, observability, and deployment workflows.
