The Product Sales Representative will support and grow fertilizer sales, establish relationships with agricultural customers, manage logistics, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Serve as the primary technical resource for large-scale composting operations: design and retrofit facilities, ensure regulatory compliance and production targets, develop SOPs and monitoring protocols, lead due diligence for M&A, train staff, evaluate technologies, manage budgets and P&L responsibilities, and support compost marketing and quality control.

Oversee and optimize NetSuite ERP system, manage integrations, provide user support and training, and document processes to enhance efficiency.
