Serve as a technical partner-facing presales lead: build trusted partner relationships, enable partners to resell and service Akamai security products, support channel sales to grow revenue, customize sales plays and use cases, represent partner needs to product/marketing/services, and present technical solutions to diverse audiences.

Lead and execute complex R&D transformation programs across Cloud Technology Group. Manage TPMs, analysts, and trainers to define roadmaps, standardize PDLC/SDLC practices, optimize portfolio management, track engineering productivity metrics, present to executives, drive change management, and scale tooling and operational practices while fostering an inclusive culture.

Create/manage configuration templates with Python, Ansible, and Jinja2. Troubleshoot complex multi-vendor environments and collaborate cross-functionally on data models and requirements.

Ensure reliability, scalability, and usability of network infrastructure for Akamai Connected Cloud. Define requirements and SLOs, build automation and CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with dev/QA to improve code and stability, troubleshoot complex network issues (on-call), and mentor teammates while driving architectural standards.

Build and operate model validation, quantization, and safety systems for production ML. Develop pipelines for security scanning, optimization (quantization/pruning), routing, prompt management, and evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, performance, and safety across model lifecycles.

Lead test strategy and build scalable automated test frameworks for a custom Linux kernel. Validate performance, reliability, and security; develop test suites for kernel enhancements and VM software; debug low-level system issues; enhance CI/build automation; provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.

Serve as a pre-sales technical advisor: run demos, CARs, and POCs; design scalable, secure CDN and edge architectures; guide customers on WAF, API security, bot management, zero trust, DevOps integrations and AI feature adoption to drive product adoption and account growth.

Lead test strategy and build scalable automated frameworks to validate performance, reliability, and security of a custom Linux kernel for AI/Compute platforms. Design CI/CD and build automation, develop test suites for kernel and VM software, debug low-level system issues, benchmark performance, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.

Lead reliability and performance efforts for distributed metadata systems: tune and optimize systems, develop monitoring and automation, manage rollouts, troubleshoot incidents, run simulations and analytics, and support database/configuration management to improve global network stability and capacity.
