Own infrastructure, shared libraries, APIs, observability, and reliability systems; operate production AI systems, debug provider/model behavior, and implement versioning, rollout controls, and quality gates to minimize user disruption.

Lead design, launch, and scale of recruiting systems and programs: interviewer training and quality, interviewer pool health, recruiter onboarding, specialty hiring programs, and cross-functional playbooks. Partner with recruiting, people, finance, and senior leadership to drive high-priority initiatives and improve hiring consistency and effectiveness.

Design and run Notion's early-career recruiting programs end-to-end: source diverse emerging talent, build assessments and employer brand, convert interns/new grads, and coach hiring teams. Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Sales, and People to scale pipelines and improve candidate experience using data-driven approaches.

Drive workflow adoption, value realization, and renewals for a book of named accounts. Partner with Solutions Consultants and Services to define mutual success plans, demonstrate ROI to executives, design repeatable workflows and programs, and recover flat or at-risk renewals while enabling customers to build durable AI-enabled systems in Notion.

Lead execution of customer support strategy to deliver scalable, high-value CX. Build operating frameworks, forecasting, analytics, and metrics (CSAT, FRT, churn). Manage CX tech stack projects, automate journeys and playbooks, partner with RevOps and cross-functional teams, set headcount and OKRs, and identify AI opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.
