The Sales Development Representative will identify potential accounts, collaborate with marketing, manage a territory, and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Own and execute manual and automated testing for web applications, create test plans/cases, report and diagnose defects, collaborate with product, engineering, support, and customers to prevent and reproduce issues.

Own and grow a portfolio of existing SaaS customers, drive account expansion and revenue, negotiate contracts, map stakeholders and budgets, collaborate with Solutions Engineers for discovery and demos, generate and qualify expansion opportunities, and maintain accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene.

Design, build, and maintain automations and integrations using TeamDynamix products. Work directly with clients to gather requirements, configure and optimize integrations, provide technical consulting and training, deliver proactive support, and contribute to Professional Services knowledge and process improvements.

Drive product roadmaps and adoption by turning customer insights, market research, and business goals into prioritized features. Define requirements, partner with engineering to scope and deliver releases, document enhancements, lead releases, support marketing launches, analyze trends, and contribute to integrations, pricing, M&A activities, and process improvements.

Lead product positioning, messaging, packaging, and sales readiness for ITSM/ESM/PPM/ITAM, AI and automation solutions. Drive GTM execution, launch strategy, competitive playbooks, customer insights, and enablement content (training, playbooks, demos) to align product, marketing, and sales and accelerate pipeline.
