Develops thermal oxidizer product designs and fabrication drawing packages using AutoDesk Inventor. Creates 3D parts, assemblies, layouts, general arrangement and fabrication drawings, bills of materials, and prototypes. Reviews project requirements, updates drawings, performs quality reviews, and collaborates with project engineers, manufacturing personnel, and project management. Requires understanding of controls, instrumentation, welding processes, and drafting standards. The role is based in Addison, Texas, with travel across borders as needed.

Leads multiple complex, cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through completion, managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues, changes, and deliverables. Communicates project status to stakeholders, tracks costs and progress, improves project management processes, and mentors project team members. Requires strong organizational, communication, and project implementation skills, plus experience with distributed teams and Dynamics 365 or an equivalent ERP system.
