Manage and grow strategic multi-location B2B accounts to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Develop account plans, lead customer engagement and solution development, coordinate internal resources, respond to RFPs/proposals, and ensure high customer satisfaction through regular face-to-face meetings and industry events.

Lead OpenInsight development and administration: design, code, test, deploy, and maintain OpenInsight/MultiValue applications; mentor and manage a developer team; document and reverse-engineer legacy systems; plan and execute migrations to modern platforms (SQL, .NET, cloud, APIs); build integration/ETL bridges; use AI tools for coding, review, and testing; provide Tier 2-3 support and ensure system stability, backups, and security.
