Manages hospitality architecture projects from planning through completion, balancing scope, fees, schedules, resources, contracts, quality, and profitability. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and contractors, oversees project documentation and billing, manages risks and changes, supports business development, and mentors project teams. Leads the firm's BIM infrastructure, standards, software environments, and design technology roadmap. Oversees Revit and related applications, promotes data-driven design and AI adoption, manages research and emerging technology implementation, and develops training programs. Supervises and mentors the Design Technology team, supports digital transformation, and drives technology-enabled improvements across interior and base building projects.

Manages high-volume and complex project invoicing, unbilled balances, accounts receivable tracking, collections, forecasting, and billing compliance. Partners with Project Managers and Finance leaders to resolve project accounting issues, improve profitability, support project reviews, train managers on billing procedures, and maintain accurate client invoices. Uses Deltek Vantagepoint, Tableau, and Microsoft Office while providing general accounting and financial process support.

Manages project accounting, contract administration, high-volume and complex invoicing, collections, forecasting, unbilled balances, and accounts receivable support. Mentors Project Accountants and trains Project Managers on billing processes, project setup, and contract compliance. Resolves complex billing issues, supports project reviews and forecasting, and partners with Finance Leaders and Project Managers to improve project profitability and financial outcomes.

Leads electrical engineering design for moderate to large facility and infrastructure projects. Develops and reviews electrical designs, specifications, calculations, studies, and reports; ensures code compliance; coordinates multidisciplinary teams; leads junior staff; interfaces with clients; supports proposals, workload forecasting, construction administration, and site observations. Requires extensive facility and industrial electrical design experience, medium-voltage expertise, PE licensure, and power system analysis proficiency.

Leads company-wide recruiting strategy and execution, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, candidate follow-up, hiring-manager coordination, and pipeline development. Establishes recruiting standards, procedures, training, marketing materials, and reporting metrics such as time-to-hire. Supports compliance documentation, recruiting events, candidate evaluation, reference checks, and HR recruiting initiatives across the organization.

Leads electrical design for facility and infrastructure projects, developing conceptual and detailed designs for power, lighting, fire alarm, and secondary electrical systems. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, reviews construction progress and shop drawings, supports construction administration, attends client meetings, gathers field data, and contributes to training and development. Requires strong Autodesk Revit proficiency and extensive building electrical design experience.
