The role requires expertise in EDI X12 transaction sets, NetSuite implementation, supply chain technology, retail and wholesale ecosystems, stakeholder communication, and project organization.

Own go-to-market strategy for a product portfolio, including positioning, messaging, buyer personas, competitive programs, launches, pricing and packaging input, sales enablement, customer advocacy, and growth initiatives. Use market intelligence, customer insights, analytics, and ROI measurement to improve acquisition, expansion, retention, adoption, and competitive performance. Represent the company through customer engagements, conferences, webinars, media opportunities, and executive presentations.
