Partner with internal teams and residential real estate agents to drive market growth, identify expansion opportunities, build strategic relationships, and execute initiatives that increase Compass market presence and agent productivity. Represent Compass culture and support agent success through collaboration and strategic planning.

Manage compliance and administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract/listing to close. Track deadlines, prepare documents, validate commission and compliance records, respond to agent inquiries about payouts, and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and title companies to ensure smooth closings. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and submit deals for payout.

Design, build, and operate Developer Intelligence platform components that collect and correlate engineering telemetry, integrate AI/LLM tooling into SDLC workflows, improve observability, automate developer workflows, and mentor peers while resolving architectural and operational bottlenecks.

Lead Compass’s data product transformation across internal enablement and external commercial portfolios. Own product vision, strategy, P&L, monetization, value engineering, data ethics, UX quality, and executive partnerships. Build high-adoption agent and enterprise tools while commercializing aggregate data through APIs, AI training datasets, and economic research. Recruit and lead product teams, establish outcome-based operating models, and deliver measurable EBITDA impact, adoption, infrastructure efficiency, and external revenue.

Lead and evolve Compass’s enterprise information security and risk program. Own incident response, AppSec, cloud and product security, threat intelligence, GRC, SOX/CPRA compliance, vendor security, and security strategy. Build and scale a distributed security team, partner with Engineering/Product/Legal/Finance, and represent security to the Board, regulators, and external stakeholders.

Lead design and implementation of scalable cloud security controls and automated guardrails. Build security-as-a-service tooling, perform assessments and threat modeling, support incident investigations, and partner with engineering teams to deploy security improvements and third-party/AI tool assessments.

Design, operate, and scale Compass's database, cache, and streaming fleet (Postgres, Redis, DynamoDB, Kafka/MSK). Build multi-tenant isolation and SDKs (Go, Java, Python), run fleet-wide zero-downtime upgrades, improve observability and SLIs, and partner with product teams on migrations and high-severity incidents.
