Owns executive relationships, account strategy, partner growth, commercial commitments, performance scorecards, and business development. Builds and manages the payment network strategic accounts team, informs product and go-to-market strategy, drives adoption and transaction growth, and provides market intelligence, forecasting, and analytics. Requires extensive payments experience, strategic account leadership, executive influence, and team-building capabilities.

Balances conversion, security, fraud, regulatory, and operational requirements while defining metrics and risk-reward tradeoffs. Builds and motivates cross-functional teams, manages requirements and user stories, and drives product revenue and customer adoption.

Leads client-facing product implementations and merchant integrations, overseeing delivery standards, quality assurance, timelines, readiness reviews, and launch decisions.
