Executive leader accountable for doubling engagement across Solera's Digital Health Network by embedding engagement principles into product and channels, driving AI-powered personalization, predictive models, journey orchestration, performance governance, CAC/LTV optimization, experimentation frameworks, and executive reporting to improve utilization, reduce Total Cost of Care, and support sales and client retention.
