Build and grow Duolingo’s programmatic advertising business by developing agency and advertiser relationships, selling premium PMP and PG deals, managing revenue forecasts and quotas, and negotiating commitments. The role develops pricing, packaging, measurement, and audience-data propositions; partners with Ad Operations on deal setup and delivery; coordinates with direct sales and account management; and establishes scalable sales processes and playbooks.

Develop culturally relevant creative for Duolingo’s social channels and broader brand campaigns. Contribute to full-stack software projects by developing, testing, releasing, and maintaining features, services, and infrastructure. Leads mixed-method product research across discovery, concept testing, and post-launch improvements for Duolingo’s global learner experience. Partners with designers and product managers to identify high-impact questions, guide product strategy, generate actionable insights, and establish research-sharing systems. Mentors researchers, improves research practices, and introduces methods and tools that increase rigor and speed.

Develop and improve user growth forecasting methods, deliver reliable quarterly forecasts, and build robust forecasting processes. Collaborate with Product, Finance, Strategy, and senior leadership to translate business changes into analytical requirements and actionable recommendations. Communicate complex quantitative findings clearly, validate methodological advances, and mentor junior data scientists.
