Provides technical and commercial sales support for lighting products, focusing on large-project growth, customer needs, product demonstrations, and closing opportunities. Serves as a product and domain expert, supports sales teams before and after purchase, leads customer calls, develops technical solutions, monitors market trends, manages product promotions and launches, and maintains vendor relationships.

Manage and grow a book of larger, complex accounts via proactive inside sales. Meet sales and profitability targets, upsell products/services, develop relationships, qualify opportunities, report market feedback, and mentor other inside sales reps while collaborating with outside sales.

Provides customer-facing technical and commercial sales support for electrical products, systems, and services. Identifies and closes large projects, leads customer sales calls, demonstrates technical solutions, supports pre- and post-sales needs, and guides account representatives on opportunities. Acts as an internal and external product expert, monitors market and competitive trends, supports marketing programs and product launches, and maintains vendor relationships. Travel is required 25%–50% of the time.
