Lead Unity’s audience insights capability by designing continuous research programs, setting methodologies and precision standards, managing research vendors and budgets, and owning perception tracking. Combine research, product usage data, and social listening into actionable audience sentiment insights. Present clear findings and recommendations to senior leadership, challenge assumptions, and develop frameworks measuring developer and customer goodwill, strategic understanding, and internal trust. The role may also involve building or mentoring a small insights team.

Own Unity’s corporate communications portfolio, including earnings, financial guidance, annual reporting, leadership changes, and transactions. Build relationships with financial and technology media, translate financial documents into compelling narratives, identify proactive company stories, and coordinate major announcements. Creates high-quality graphic and motion design for Unity’s brand, campaigns, product launches, social media, events, and marketing initiatives. Translates complex technical and business ideas into compelling visual stories, evolves brand systems, collaborates with cross-functional creative teams, and delivers production-ready assets across digital, print, presentation, and event formats. The role also explores AI-assisted workflows and emerging creative technologies.

Develop platform support for Unity across Android mobile, laptop, and hybrid devices. Design scalable editor features, analyze and optimize runtime performance, establish benchmarks, resolve bugs, document technical designs, and improve quality through automated testing and code reviews. The role requires advanced C++, C#, and Android systems programming, experience with platform or runtime systems, multithreaded codebases, cross-language memory management, debugging, profiling, and collaboration across engineering teams.

Leads cross-functional platform engineering initiatives supporting Unity on Android devices. Own a book of brand and agency clients across the Central and Eastern US as their primary programmatic partner. Drive end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across major DSPs, troubleshoot delivery issues, analyze performance to surface actionable insights, lead QBRs and client education, and identify upsell opportunities. Work cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Product, and Finance and contribute to process and tooling improvements using AI to streamline workflows.

Lead FP&A activities including monthly close, quarterly forecasting, annual planning, and KPI reporting. Partner cross-functionally to build investment plans, prepare executive and board materials, perform ad-hoc financial analysis, and lead system/process improvements to automate and scale FP&A operations.
