Combines product design expertise and people leadership to shape product strategy, solve complex customer and business problems, align product, technology, and business stakeholders, and develop high-performing designers. Responsibilities include human-centered research and design, prototyping, design systems, portfolio direction, stakeholder communication, and team culture development.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production AI systems, including foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, governance, experimentation, and observability. Develop state-of-the-art optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, throughput, and hardware utilization. Shape the long-term technical roadmap for foundational AI platforms while collaborating with engineers, research scientists, program managers, and product managers. Lead and mentor engineering teams and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead product management for Global Payments Network, improving payment experiences across Authorizations, Settlement, Disputes, Backoffice, Pricing and Go-to-Market. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify improvements, use data and technology to drive scalable, reliable customer-facing payment solutions, and deliver business outcomes through customer-centered, technology-driven product leadership.

Lead strategy and delivery of workforce and intelligent routing data products. Define long-term data product vision, partner across data and technology teams, translate technical tradeoffs for stakeholders, and build human-centered solutions that optimize workforce efficiency and customer-agent routing.
