Serve as Circle's internal authority on prudential banking regulation for stablecoins, payments, custody, and blockchain infrastructure. Advise senior leadership, engage with U.S. banking regulators, translate supervisory frameworks to digital-asset products, partner with cross-functional teams, and coordinate external regulatory counsel and licensing/examination strategy.

Lead development of cross-pillar product marketing systems: messaging architecture, ICPs/personas, central PMM knowledge base (Coda), and go-to-market frameworks. Drive adoption, enable PMMs with playbooks and training, and ensure governance and alignment across product, sales, and partnerships to scale execution.

Lead Product Compliance Analyst embedding regulatory and operational compliance across Digital Assets and Payments. Lead risk assessments, define controls, drive cross-functional readiness for liquidity, settlement, and USDC initiatives, develop AI-enabled compliance tooling, monitor regulatory developments, and contribute to enterprise compliance frameworks and strategy.
