Serve as strategic Customer Success Manager for institutional investor clients, driving onboarding, training, and product adoption. Analyze digital traffic to produce investor-focused insights and backtests, present findings, mitigate churn, identify upsell opportunities, and act as a subject-matter expert on Similarweb's product suite.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, prospecting net-new and whitespace within existing customers. Drive expansion and new revenue, engage Director/C-level, manage pipeline in Salesforce, negotiate and close deals, and partner cross-functionally to meet quarterly quotas.
