Own the transactional use-case roadmap for CoCounsel, translating deal-lawyer needs into prioritized product plans. Lead two to three product managers, guide discovery and prioritization, and partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and go-to-market teams to launch solutions for M&A, financing, real estate, capital markets, diligence, drafting, and negotiation workflows.

Creates, maintains, researches, and edits practical Corporate and M&A legal content for Thomson Reuters’ Practical Law service. Supports AI-powered legal solution and editorial-tool development, monitors legal and market developments, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and builds relationships with lawyers and industry groups. The role requires extensive cross-border corporate law expertise, strong legal writing, current US bar licensure, and substantial experience advising on M&A, governance, joint ventures, and investments.
