Lead and coach a team of Account Executives while carrying an individual quota. Drive complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles, maintain pipeline health and forecasting accuracy, coach sellers on MEDDPICC and deal strategy, and partner cross-functionally to allocate resources and improve sales processes.

Drive new business and expand accounts within an assigned territory for Cayuse's cloud-based research administration solutions. Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiations, RFPs, forecasting, and post-sale expansion. Use Salesforce and sales tools, attend trade shows, collaborate with solutions and professional services teams, and travel (~25%) for client meetings.
