Develops strategic relationships with CAT Dealers and grows sales of Hitachi Global Air Power portable compressor products. Responsibilities include prospecting, executive-level presentations, contract and supply agreement negotiations, account strategy, CRM management, competitive and customer research, cross-functional collaboration, and closing sales. The role requires expertise in B2B dealer or distributor sales, construction equipment operations, compressed air markets, financial performance metrics, and strategic sales programs. Travel is 50–75% domestically and internationally.

Lead global product strategy and lifecycle for oil-flooded compressor portfolio. Drive VoC research, NPI, pricing, launches, aftermarket growth, S&OP alignment, VAVE cost optimization, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and financial performance tracking to grow revenue and margins.
