Responsibilities include coding, requirements analysis, design documentation, estimation, dependency identification, and on-call response for service degradation and outages.

Designs, deploys, adopts, and optimizes Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions for customers and partners. Advises technical and business decision-makers on cloud architectures, security, resilience, compliance, risks, and digital transformation. Identifies solution opportunities, removes deployment blockers, drives consumption and adoption, leads customer engagements, mentors team members, and influences product roadmaps through customer feedback and technical thought leadership.

Define product vision and roadmap for enterprise AI readiness within Microsoft Security. Lead cross-functional teams to build secure, customer-facing experiences across identity, devices, data, governance, and cloud, measure adoption via telemetry, engage customers and stakeholders, and drive go-to-market and operational excellence.

Leads Site Reliability Engineering teams responsible for reliability, availability, incident response, disaster recovery, automation, telemetry, security, and compliance for Microsoft Substrate services in regulated environments. Establishes SLOs and SLIs, drives operational excellence, participates in on-call rotations, leads post-incident improvements, develops senior engineers, and influences cross-organizational engineering strategy.

Lead solution sales for Microsoft Security with enterprise customers: identify opportunities, build solutions and business cases, manage senior relationships and pipeline, collaborate with partners and internal teams, forecast and pursue high-potential accounts, and obtain relevant product/role certifications.
