Serves as the liaison between customers, support, engineering, testing, and product teams from first customer shipment through general availability. Uses customer feedback to improve serviceability, product quality, adoption, and overall customer experience.

Leads Managed Services sales strategy across North and Latin America, owning pipeline development, solution shaping, pricing, negotiations, contract closure, and delivery transition.
