Provides on-site IT support for employees and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows hardware, software, applications, laptops, printers, scanners, conference room systems, Teams phones, and network connectivity. Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal PCB circuits to control lasers and optical components. Create SPICE simulations, schematics, and power supplies; collaborate with PCB layout, firmware, and software teams. Bring up, test, debug, and document new hardware; lead design reviews and EDVT.

Designs and operates IT services for laboratory environments, including networks, compute, security, private cloud, and SDN platforms. Translates business and IT requirements into secure, standardized architectures and operational processes. Leads deployments, design reviews, documentation, incident gap analysis, automation, and infrastructure optimization. Requires extensive enterprise networking, datacenter, virtualization, Linux, security, and ITIL experience.

Designs and operates laboratory IT services covering compute, networks, security, private and public cloud, and software-defined networking. Translates business requirements into secure, high-performance service offerings; defines architectures, configurations, processes, and operational procedures. Leads implementations, design reviews, documentation, incident analysis, gap remediation, automation, and infrastructure optimization across global laboratory environments.
