The Institutional Sales Associate will manage high-value institutional accounts in the AMER region, driving revenue growth and ensuring a strong client experience through business development and relationship management.

Own and resolve complex, high-value VIP customer issues end-to-end, conduct deep-dive investigations into transactions and access problems, coordinate with OTC, Engineering, and Finance, supervise and coach contractor support agents during US hours, and report VIP issue trends to drive continuous improvement.

Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients as a trusted advisor, driving revenue growth through engagement, upselling, and collaboration across products while ensuring a high-touch service experience.
