Founding GTM Engineer builds and ships go-to-market systems that drive revenue: routing, scoring, outreach, automation, AI agents, and measurement. You'll integrate CRM/data stacks, push AI into production, co-own GTM metrics with Sales and Marketing, and hire as the function scales.

Build revenue-critical GTM systems using AI and data: production lead scoring, autonomous agents, and a unified data backbone. Work directly with the VP of Revenue to ship features measured by revenue impact, using AI-first tooling and rapid iteration.

Own and operate Hearth's paid acquisition end-to-end across Facebook, Google, programmatic channels; manage budgets and P&L; optimize funnels, landing pages, tracking and attribution; run rigorous A/B tests; build automated dashboards; leverage AI to scale creative, audiences, and bids to drive qualified contractor leads at efficient CAC/ROAS.

Own Hearth's paid acquisition end-to-end: run and scale Meta and Google campaigns, build programmatic channels, manage budgets and P&L, optimize landing pages and tracking, run rigorous A/B tests, set up attribution and reporting, and leverage AI to improve creative, audiences, and bidding for contractor lead generation.

Manage day-to-day NYC office operations: maintain supplies and kitchen, greet visitors, receive packages, vet and manage vendors, handle event logistics and scheduling, and support execs with meeting and off-site planning while scaling office footprint.

Handle inbound (and some outbound) leads, qualify quickly, run live demos, and close deals—often on the first call. Own monthly closed-deal quota, log activity in Salesforce and Dialpad, and hand off closed accounts to Customer Success for onboarding.
