Leads the strategy, governance, operations, security, support, roadmap, release management, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion HCM platform. Leads end-to-end B2B marketing strategy for Enterprise Solutions, including brand positioning, content and creative direction, proposal pursuits, go-to-market campaigns, communications, digital marketing, social media, analytics, and team management. Partners with executives, account leaders, business development, and marketing teams to strengthen differentiation, support pipeline growth, improve pursuit win rates, and measure marketing performance.

Leads estimating, sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of long-lead electrical equipment for complex construction and infrastructure projects. Evaluates suppliers and proposals, performs bid leveling, manages contracts and purchase orders, reviews technical submittals, mitigates lead-time and supply-chain risks, and supports project budgets and schedules. The role also coordinates with engineers, clients, contractors, manufacturers, and post-award teams while mentoring procurement staff and improving supplier performance.
