The Business Systems Analyst serves as a liaison between business teams and the Business Systems team, translating business needs into system requirements and facilitating process improvements in clinical research operations.

Lead global compensation design, governance, benchmarking, and analytics for enterprise Total Rewards. Build compensation models, run merit/bonus cycles, ensure compliance across regions (including Ireland and India), partner with HRBPs and Finance, and deliver dashboards and scalable processes to support executive decisions.

Serve as post‑sale client liaison to onboard and support clients, run CIRBI demos and training, coordinate study start‑up transitions, track satisfaction and metrics in CRM, produce client reports, and collaborate internally to resolve issues and improve client experience.

Sell Advarra products and services to assigned accounts from prospecting through contract signature.
