The Associate Data/EDI Architect will manage implementation projects for employee benefits software, mentor teammates, and ensure quality execution while cultivating customer relationships.

Evaluate commercial P&C submissions, create marketing plans, update policy information, obtain quotes from underwriters, negotiate terms, prepare presentations, and bind/issue policies to support sales.

Handle and adjust third-party liability, general liability, and commercial auto claims from investigation through disposition. Manage reserves, vendors and independent adjusters, prepare substantive claim and reinsurance reports, identify subrogation/risk transfer, and communicate with clients, brokers, and legal counsel.

Lead end-to-end implementation of a new case management system and manage multiple concurrent business and IT projects. Establish program governance, gather requirements, oversee configuration, coordinate UAT, manage vendors and stakeholders, track risks and timelines, drive change management and training, and ensure successful delivery and continuous optimization across initiatives.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze pharmaceutical transaction data, develop visual data models, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive insights and improvements in business strategies.

Handle first- and third-party commercial auto property damage claims and select BI/MedPay/No-Fault claims. Assess coverage, investigate and resolve claims, manage reserves, oversee independent adjusters and vendors, pursue subrogation, prepare correspondence and claim reports, and work with clients, brokers, and attorneys.

Support implementation and ongoing management of benefits/EDI solutions by auditing and validating client data, configuring and testing EDI files, troubleshooting issues, conducting QA, and providing direct client, vendor, and carrier support. Mentor analysts, follow SOPs, recommend process improvements, and maintain product and regulatory knowledge to ensure accurate, timely implementations and client satisfaction.
