Serve as a senior client-facing relationship manager for insurance clients, delivering BlackRock's investment, risk, and advisory capabilities. Manage day-to-day service delivery, client reporting, Aladdin analytics requests, portfolio reviews, and escalation. Support US Fundamental Equity portfolio managers by executing equity, derivative and FX orders, monitoring funds, improving governance and controls, and building automation and data solutions using Aladdin, Python, SQL and visualization tools. Collaborate with trading, product and ops teams to ensure efficient implementation of investment strategies.

Lead a team modernizing a core Aladdin analytics and reporting service using scalable, API-first Java solutions. Design backend systems, data models, APIs, and integrations; collaborate with engineering, product, business, and clients; and oversee production delivery. Mentor junior engineers, apply AI-native development tools, and solve large-scale data challenges involving client-server systems, inter-process communication, relational and NoSQL databases, distributed caching, and high-performance services.

Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise data engineering on the Data Cloud Platform. Design batch and real-time pipelines, event-driven streaming, data products, governance, lineage, quality, and observability. Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, drive adoption of standardized data models, CI/CD, and align platform capabilities with business and investment use cases.

Own BlackRock’s enterprise ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, governance, roadmap, integrations, operational resilience, and financial performance. Lead a globally distributed engineering and delivery organization, embed AI-driven automation and intelligent workflows, oversee platform administration and compliance, manage vendors, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and enterprise workflow capabilities.

Lead portfolio performance monitoring, produce client and investor reports, ensure accuracy of performance and risk metrics, maintain reporting databases, support operational due diligence, and coordinate with IR, valuation, fund accounting, operations, and portfolio managers on product launches and custom investor requests.

Prepare and maintain portfolio and fund-level performance reporting and risk metrics for liquid credit strategies. Produce monthly/quarterly/ad hoc client reports, respond to investor data requests, ensure data and process integrity, and coordinate with valuation, fund accounting, investor relations, compliance, and PMs. Support operational due diligence and new product servicing.

Lead sourcing, evaluation, and management of private credit investments. Conduct due diligence, structure bespoke lending solutions, monitor portfolio performance, and support analytics and reporting for liquid credit portfolios.
