The Director, New Markets will lead strategic growth initiatives, build business cases, evaluate new market opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results.

Lead transaction underwriting and execution for reinsurance and M&A, managing pricing models, due diligence, actuarial assumption setting, structuring, approvals, and post-deal integration. Supervise technical pricing team, collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, prepare recommendations and reports, mentor junior staff, and ensure confidentiality.
